Mark Reeder - General Manager
Mark joined the airline industry initially with Air New Zealand
for three years. He then had twenty five years at British
Airways in New Zealand in various sales and reservations roles,
including managing the New Zealand telephone sales unit; co-ordinating
the activities of the GSA offices in the Pacific islands;
and acting as systems administrator for their 'IT' projects.
Mark joined World Aviation Systems in September 1996.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Natalie Davies - Product Development Executive
Joined World Aviation Systems in August 1998 as a reservations
and ticketing consultant after completing the IATA Diploma
of Travel and Tourism course at the Crown Institute of Travel.
In November 1999 Natalie moved into the Product Development
Department and is now involved in the distribution of fares
and handles all aspects of BSP. Natalie is fluent in French.

Earl Bunting - Product Development Executive
Joined the travel industry with Air New Zealand, and worked
in a range of commercial roles including Agency Affairs Supervisor,
Pricing Co-ordinator, and Route Manager for Asia and Japan. Earl
has also worked as International Marketing Manager for Tourism
Rotorua and held training roles in travel and tourism. Earl
joined World Aviation in 2001 and is responsible for liaison with
principals and agents, assessing market conditions and competitor
activity, and developing product for distribution through the travel
industry.

RESERVATIONS & TICKETING
Michael Heasman - Operations Manager
Joined the travel industry through Air New Zealand as a reservations
agent in 1968 and progressed through a number of positions
to Reservations Supervisor in 1978. In 1979 Mike joined Continental
Airlines as one of their initial staff intake in New Zealand
as Manager Reservations and Ticket office. After a number
of management positions, in 1985 was promoted to Manager Marketing
and Passenger Sales - a position he held until Continental
closed their New Zealand office in 1993. Mike then worked as
a consultant before joining World Aviation Systems
in 1999. He is now responsible for the smooth running
of the Reservations & Ticketing Department.

Olwyn Almeida - Reservations & Ticketing
Joined the travel industry in Bombay (now Mumbai) India as
a retail travel agent handling both domestic and international
travel. In 1984 Olwyn joined Pan American at Bombay Airport
and then moved to TWA in April 1985 when TWA resumed its
India operations. Was then transferred to the reservations
and sales departments. In 1993 Olwyn joined American Airlines
as an Assistant Manager and was also involved with the opening
and inaugural flights of Jet Airways in India. Olwyn and his
family migrated to New Zealand in 1994 where he was initially
employed in the retail travel industry before joining World
Aviation in 1995.

SALES
Kerry Marcinowicz - Account Manager
Joined World Aviation Systems in 1994 in our Reservations
& Ticketing Department after having previously worked
for a number of retail travel agencies. Kerry makes
regular calls on travel agents promoting our full range of
airlines.

Felina Wright - Account Manager
Joined World Aviation Systems in 2006. Felina comes from a
wholesale background with 7 years of experience in wholesale travel
(Escape Holidays, Air NZ Holidays, Garuda Orient Holidays).
Felina loves to travel and is widely travelled around the world
(Fiji, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Cook Islands, Samoa, the Solomons,
Australia, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Los Angeles, Hawaii,
Austria, the UK, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Chile, Peru, Brazil and
much more). So ask her all about World Aviation airlines and what the
destination has to offer next time she is in your office.

ADMINISTRATION
Dianne Strom - Administration Manager
Joined World Aviation Systems in 1992. Dianne previously
had twelve years experience in accounts and administration,
working for a flooring company for four years
and a chartered accountant for eight. Dianne is responsible for all
forms of accounts, airline sales returns and office administration.

CARGO
Martti Koski - Cargo Manager
Joined the freight industry in 1968 as a Cargo Clerk with
Ansett Air Freight in Australia. When he left Ansett
in 1990 to move to New Zealand, Martti had risen to the position
of Cargo Supervisor. Martti joined World Aviation Systems
in New Zealand as Cargo Sales Executive in November 1990,
and in 1997 was promoted to the position of Cargo
Manager.
